Tania Scally is a Solicitor of this firm. She covers the following areas of law, Family, Welfare Benefits and conveyancing. Tania spent a year studying French Law in the University of Savoie, France. She gained experience in foreign jurisdictions and International law. In addition she gained experience in communicating fluently in French.
Tania completed her LPC in 2003. She then spent 18 months travelling the world. This has enhanced her ability to deal with client’s from different cultures and religions. Tania spent a further 18 months volunteering at Lewisham Law Centre where she gained considerable experience in Welfare Benefits and immigration law.
Tania completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. During her training contact she gained invaluable experience in Family Law (including Divorce, Private Children and Ancillary Relief), Conveyacing and Immigration law. She has experience in negotiating contact for non-resident parents and also drafting consent order for financial settlements of divorce.
