Prenuptial Agreements

A prenuptial agreement is an agreement drawn up by two people who are about to marry or enter into a civil union.

The agreeement sets out what will happen to children, property, and finances if the union breaks down. It can also be drawn up after marriage which is called a postnuptial agreement – if there are significant changes in circumstances and the parties wish to outline their wishes.

We offer independent advice and assistance in allocation of assets, and draft and execute the agreement.
